Every Alpha Grillers product is covered by a Lifetime Warranty for its usable life under normal home use. If your product fails under normal use, we'll replace it, no matter how long ago you bought it.
Not covered: damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care, and normal cosmetic wear and tear.

Refunds
Prefer a refund instead of a replacement? Find where you bought your product below. Refunds always go back to your original payment method. Once the refund window closes, your warranty replacement coverage continues.
